Called them this past Monday(3/3/25) to make an appt for today (3/7/25) . talked to them on the phone made a appt to have my coach removed as I have my new coach being delivered tomorrow (3/8/25) so I needed my old coach out today they give me a price , I say thatโs fine he says ok weโll be there Friday at 12-1pm window . I called out of work to be there for them to take my coach before my new one is delivered tomorow . Now itโs 3 pm on Friday and not only did they never show up they didnโt even call me at all they completely blew me off all together!!!!!!! I called 10 times since 11 am they havenโt answered once now Iโm stuck with my old coach still and I have a new one that gets delivered in the morning itโs absolutely radicoulos !!!!! This is the most unprofessional and unreliable company Iโve ever dealt with in any type of services DO NOT CALL THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BLOWN OFF !
